[CLOSED]Co-Leaders

We dont get any Co-Leaders but we got 5 Leaders i dont think that we need sow much Leaders sow i was thinking to Make some peopel Co-Leader and some Admin. Thts what i am thinking hope u reply on this. xD

Well we only have 2 leaders. And 2 admins. and the rest are members

According to the left column, it stated that we have 5 leaders.
According to the scrolling announcement above, we have 2 leaders, 1 co-leader, and 5 admins. We need some rearrangement. lol I hope Boomer will do sumthin bout it =)

agree with JY. It is also hard to know who's member and who's not. There are members that never even visited the site.

yep im a little confused with the "ranks" if you want to call them that

I agree we should have ranks by skill or how ever you all care to rank but some sort of order is good so we all can bow down lol joke but you know what I mean

Sorry for the confusion i havnt updated the announcments reader at the top.. we dont have 5 leaders.. we have 1 leader. but the head admins and the 1 leader make up the council. the council desides what happens in the clan.. now we also have Admins and Moderators.. admins have acces to server passwords because they either have a server. or put in an app to become an admin.. moderators are a mod because of what they do.. eg. insomniacs image shop.. he prrovides images and sigs.. thats sort of thing.. say one of you guys pay for a ven server or so.. you wil be a mod... if you put in an app to become an admin. you will not only be a mod but an admin as well.. if this is to confusing i will edit it.. and no JY i didnt remove you from Co- i simply made you all (JY Legendary SPARTA and KITB Part of the leadership.. together we are a council to run this clan. i am Leader/founder but you guys are also a leader of the clan as a concil member. i cannot make a decision without putting it before the council if you get what i am saying. i hope this makes sense.

well i think we should have one day a week where the admins test out for ranks dont use the point systems from posting or anything involvement is good but it is not as important as skills are i think you should have the top admins play 2 members at a time once a week and rate their skills and rank them as their skills get better like private,2nd private,private first class,specialest,corporal,Sergeant,Staff Sergeant,Sergeant First Class,ect...... all the way to General of the clan witch would be the highest skilled player or you could use the other ranking system e-0 e-1 e-2 ect till u get to o-10 witch would be the gen of clan so many dif ranks to use but i think it would be good cause it would allow us all to know who out ranks other players and also need to get more clan members to agree on this topic as it is important with a clan i believe i have been asked 4-7 times now what the clan website is i mean I am the newest member everyone should know the website and should have atleast one post a week to show they care about the clan and put in their opinon i am happy with this clan jy is awesome she is helpful and tells me ways to improve my skils she is a great player and it is good to have people like this who are kind enough to take time out of their game to help you also I think we should all look into xfire and keep track of our hours played and it should be noted in your profile alright i said enough but boomer your doing great and thank you for making this clan I have great thoughts about it and hope it goes where my mind feels it will keep up the good work and sorry to post so much lol

well i have xfire I will change my name to |TnG|sharpeye so who ever wants to contact me can I will change it now also I will look into renting a server on ventrilo i use it when i play cod it makes life so much better for team playing like if playing another clan or something or maybe just my thought lol anyways I might rent a server as I might be the oldest member lol well maybe not but near it

haha it would be good but i dont want you to waste the money if we are not going to use it.. but i hop we will.

well i made a new post if i can get a idea of how many members their are and how many will like it then it will be like 5-20 dollars a month and if we just try it for one month then if no one likes it i can close the server

I think that a ranking system would be nice, but some poor sod have to administer it then... Anyway, I don't think that the leader(s) have to be the most skilled one in the clan. They should be leaders.

i agree but I dont think you should get a admin pos for being high skilled you should be ranked though so we all know top of top and bottom or the bottom lol and also who is on bottom the stronger players can work with them if they are willing to try and coach them to be a better play as a clan we should stick together and help eachother you know what I mean?

agree, and we should try to do more team work and training. We have some really good players (not me though...) who can support others. An internal "ladder" can also inspire to more training "I will beat this guy above me next time..."

hahaha it is good to take on challanges I love it lol aslong as jy does not challange me she is just to good i wanna learn from her lol but anytime you wanna play I am always wanting to play good luck to you mazellan
