ok.. listen closely please!!! You CANNOT recruit someone by yourself.. im sorry but they have to be tested by more then 1 person and the ENTIRE COUNCIL MUST come to the decision on this.. im sorry but single man recruiting is now banned.. -_- please tell them to put in an app and we will reveiw it as a GROUP! as we are
