This was a problem in the beginning of =CTK=. We got way too many members way too fast and it ended up badly, very badly. I would really recommend you guys taking your time when it comes on someone posting an application here. If the guy is worth it, he'll be able to stay throughout the whole process of applying so don't be afraid of making it challenging
